As a food safety consultant, I combine 15 years of kitchen expertise with my current role as a fully qualified Environmental Health Officer. My Chef background includes working in 5* hotels, AA Rosette gastropubs, Michelin restaurants, and large-scale festival catering.
I gained my Environmental Health degree during the pandemic and have spent five years regulating within a Local Authority. This has provided me with a deep insight into statutory requirements.
